Brigade Enterprises Appoints Jayant Bhalchandra Manmadkar as CFO

Brigade Enterprises announced the appointment of Jayant Bhalchandra Manmadkar as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 18, 2024.

The appointment was approved by the company's board based on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee and the audit committee.

Manmadkar, a qualified Chartered Accountant, ICWA, and CS, brings over 30 years of experience in finance and strategy across diverse industries including financial services, R&D & manufacturing, real estate, and pharmaceuticals.

He has a proven track record in strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, international operations, treasury management, corporate finance, and various other financial functions.

Brigade Enterprises is an Indian property developer with a presence in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and other major cities. The company's portfolio spans residential, office, retail, and hotel projects.
