"We expect EV penetration will reach 5 per cent for passenger and commercial vehicles and 21 per cent for two-wheelers. Clean energy could have a TAM (total addressable market) of $30 billion in 2030 ($10 billion currently). By 2050, we estimate the TAM could reach $200 billion and cumulative spending of $2 trillion," PTI quoted the brokerage report as saying.

IDC said India has the lowest ASPs for wearables, falling steadily from $31 in 2021 to a forecast of $23-25 by the end of 2023. The research estimates ASPs will fall to $20-22 in 2024. Similarly, Counterpoint Research expects the ASP of smart watches to decline by 15% from Rs 4,800 in 2022, that of TWS to drop by 5% from Rs 2,300, and that of neckbands to lower by 8% from Rs 1,400.
