Rob Price, CFA, is the founder and CIO at Sound Money Capital in Los Angeles, a digital asset manager for HNWs and family offices. Prior to Sound Money, he was the head of asset allocation for South Africa’s largest pension fund -- Alexander Forbes, Mercer's African partner -- between 2016 and 2021.
He developed and patented a private equity performancevaluation methodology, is a former member of the GIPS Alternative Strategies Working Group at CFA Institute and the author of a Guide on Alternative Investments for CFA Society Italy.
She is interested in valuation and data analysis and plans to study for a master's degree and pursue the CFA charter. He currently serves as Director of the new Financial Planning and Wealth Management major at George Mason and founded the first student-managed investment fund at GMU.
Mark Schumacher, CFA, is president of Third Day Capital Management, a boutique registered investment adviser in Denver. He manages globally diversified investment portfolios for families and select institutions. Schumacher holds an undergraduate degree from Colorado State University with majors in both finance and accounting. He holds an MBA.
