Reliance Jio has secured a loan of about $2 billion, one of India's largest offshore loans in FY24. The loan, arranged by HSBC, will be used to fund the purchase of 5G network equipment from Nokia. The I-T depatment had contended that Netflix Entertainment Services (India) LLP acted as a dependent agent permanent establishment (DAPE) of Netflix. Total revenue generated by the company’s operations between April 2020 and December 2020 was above Rs 1,145 crore. Of this, Rs 1,008 crore was profit, of which attribution to Indian operations was calculated at Rs 503 crore.

IL&FS Group has repaid ₹2,150 crore to senior secured lenders of IL&FS Tamil Nadu Power Company (ITPCL). This repayment is part of a debt restructuring plan approved by 88% of lenders and has reduced ITPCL's outstanding principal by over ₹1,900 crore.
