Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd (JFL), the operator of Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin Donuts, intends to acquire an additional 51.16% stake in DP Eurasia NV, the exclusive master franchisee of Domino's Pizza in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
